Why AMI?

Are you ambitious, energetic and confident? Do you need to know what is happening in the world around you? Do you learn better in a hands-on environment than an academic one? Are you ready to start an exciting career in only 16 months? If the answer is yes, then you already know why AMI is the right school for you.The sheer fact that you are reading this means you already know you want to pursue a career in the media and you probably want to get started right now.

AMI has two yearly intakes starting in September and January. Our Learn-By-Doing approach trains you while you gain valuable hands-on experience utilizing the same equipment and technology used in the industry today. AMI students also get many opportunities to work along side of media professionals, covering the same stories, working on the same broadcasts, and gathering valuable contacts to help launch their career.

Our dedicated instructors bring decades of experience into the classroom. And these are not only academic instructors, but media professionals who are still active in the industry. This translates into current, practical knowledge for you.

With small class sizes, AMI students benefit from more hands-on experience and one-on-one treatment. We are committed to retaining the personal atmosphere and individual attention only possible in a small school because we truly believe this is the best way to help every student reach their true potential.
